Yes, in sha Allah. However, the athkar are not enough by themselves as you need to have full trust, reliance and dependence on Allah to protect you as nothing can haram you when you trust Him like this. 

QUESTION: I live alone in university accomodation in London and I get really frightening and I do adkhar in fajr and magrib and I pray 5 times a day but I keep getting frightened and specially in nights. Does that mean if I do akdhar I will be safe from everything evil? evil people, evil eye, bad situations or bad event?
