ANSWER:

The famous narration states that the questions are only 3.

This is why the vast majority of scholars depend on this narration.

It seems that the fourth question is not a question but rather a request of elaboration of the previous 3 questions:

Who is your Lord, what is your religion, who is this man who was sent to you and what did you do?

QUESTION: I heard in a speech of famous Bangladeshi scholar Mufti …… that after the three questions of the grave: Who is your Lord, who is your Prophet, what is your religion, the angels will ask him who can answer these three questions properly, where did you know them from? Then the answer to this question will be Al Quran. This is the fourth question will the angels really ask?
