If such things belong to you, you need to dispose off them without getting back to your mother. 

But if it belongs to your mother or someone else, you have no control over that and must not act without seeking permission 

Giving it to someone else would not fix the problem except when these are toys and are given to children to play with. 

QUESTION: I have some idols in the house like teddy bear or some statue must i break it and destroy them or i can pressure my mother to take it out of house and give it to her parents
