ANSWER:

If you did not know that before renting him the shop, there is no sin on you but you must not renew the contract after it ends if he doesn’t remove things related to magic or kufr if you are certain of it. 

QUESTION: I have rented my shop to a Shia tailor. He has hung items containing numbers, writings, and a lion holding a sword, which appear like talismans or magic symbols believed to bring good fortune. I asked him to remove them, but he refused. If these items involve shirk or magic, am I sinful—or even guilty of kufr—for continuing to rent the shop to him after advising him?
