If you have done this as a gift to your mother or to your family, she has a share in all of that. 

But if you had built it for yourself, you had built it on the property and land of your late father which she has a right in. You have the right only in the building material and not the land. This means that it should be evaluated with the prices of today and she should chip in her portion of it in order to be owner according to her share in the inheritance or you may buy her share in the land if she wants to willingly sell her share. 

QUESTION: I have one younger brother and one elder sister we have our fathers property in shape of house ,my mother is alive ,my father left this world some 20years back ,at that time our house was one story incomplete,later i and my younger brother jointly raised two more stories,my question what would be the share of my sister among this property,,,
