It’s totally prohibited for her to wear makeup and go out in front of non mahram men and while going out exposing her face with make-up
You must stop her and she must obey you but not to be seen by non mahram man as no real muslim man would allow his wife to do such a heinous immodest act!
She can wear all the make-up she wants in front of you and among other females.
