It is not permissible for her to leave the house wearing a skirt or loose dress as her body curves and bone structure are visible and men can tell how her body looks and this defies the purpose of hijab as true hijab is not only covering the hair.

My daughter is 17 and soon she is going to university, she dresses modestly in loose clothing and skirts and observes proper hijab, alhamdulillah. I want her to start wearing the abaya, but she claims to not feel ready for it yet. what should I do? And how should I ease her into it?
