You are sinful because you are doing this out of spite and envy! You must cut off all communications with such an arrogant person and your friendship to him is toxic to you and dangerous to him as you are envious and can’t be trusted. 

QUESTION: I have a friend, Allah has blessed him with more rizq than me, every time we get into a disagreement he belittles me and always refers to the fact how he is more successful than me and I am a ‘loser’. I know that he has been doing tax fraud for years. If I report him out of anger would I be sinful?
