ANSWER:

If you are giving it as a gift, you have no right to ask

But if it is your money and he is saving it for you, then you can tell him not to give it away like this 

QUESTION: I gave 5k monthly to my dad, nvr chck wat he does with it. I found out that gives to relatives & friends in need. Now on can I ask him to inform me what he does with it. Is the money considered mine?
