QUESTION: I fast always now to help curb my desire to masturbate; alternate days has not helped and it’s been about a year now The fasting that works is when I fast every day till I’m either almost starving or am with very little energy I know we shouldn’t fast everyday I constantly fail in this, I am destroying myself because of this, and fasting every day helps the most Please advise
