If you check immediately after prayers and see spotting, you need to clean yourself, renew your wudhu and repeat that prayer.

QUESTION: I experience spotting before my periods. For example, At Maghrib time I had discharge so I wash and change my pad, take wudu and pray. At Isha time there was no discharge so I proceed to pray. Then while praying I feel discharge. I cannot be certain of what it is untill I look. What is the correct procedure for this regarding my salah?
