ANSWER:

This is a phase in her life that she will hopefully get over it. 

Treat her with kindness and compassion despite her behavior and without expecting anything in return from her and Allah will guide her heart one day because of this. 

QUESTION: I cannot stand my sister. I try my best to love her for the sake of Allah but I just can’t. I literally don’t even want to look at her. She is mean to everyone and almost all my siblings had a fight with her just cause of how bad she treats everyone including my mom and she’s only 17. Also, my mom can’t get her to do anything without pleading to her. Am I sinful for not liking her?

QUESTION: Sheikh, I stay home all day bcos I do remote job. During work I ask mom to give me food or water etc. If I was working at office I would need to do it all by myself. My mom is often busy with home chores and get frustrated sometimes to answer me. As man are supposed to go work outside, am I obligated to get food and water etc by myself or is it my mom/wife’s job to do this for me?
