Enjoying tax refund is not kufr nor sinful as it is getting back what is yours initially and was taken from you by force unjustly.

QUESTION: I believe that Sharia is the best form of legislation, but is it considered kufr (disbelief) to appreciate or benefit from democratic laws—such as receiving a tax refund or enjoying laws that provide more personal freedom? Would this take me out of Islam?
