QUESTION: I am an only child and female. My parents worked hard to give me good education and expects me to work not because of financial needs but due to social norms and everyone does it. I work in marketing sector which requires me to interact with a lot of male colleagues and travel to other places. Can you please advise me on if I should leave this job immediately knowing it will displease my father?
