This depends on what you will die on and how your ending will be.

A lot of people who have similar doubts are prevented from saying the shahadah on their death bed because of that. 

QUESTION: I am a Muslim I believe in Allah with certainty. Islam makes sense rationally with all its proofs and evidences. I have strong faith and belief in Islam. But there’s that small tiny doubt and I don’t have 100 percent certainty. If I die like this will I die a disbeliever and how can I achiever certainty in belief
