If there was damage done to the car then you should try to find the owner otherwise give that much amount in charity.

QUESTION: I accidentally touched another car while reversing. The damage is uncertain as i think they were already scratches. I left a note, but it may have blown away due to bad weather. It was a public hospital parking with no security or camera. Is there any sin or kaffarah? If i don’t find the owner must i give the price in charity ?
