QUESTION: For women, Please tell the limits of lowering gaze & matters related to it. For example, if a women is attracted by your appearance, can she still ask for fatwa via call & website as it is necessary or not? Generally, does lowering the gaze mean not listening to their voice or speaking to them even in cases of necessity?
