This is not permissible unless its an emergency and no one else is there to help. 

Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said its better to be stabbed in the head by an iron needle than to touch a non mehram woman. 

QUESTION: Can I touch old women for helping them like to walk etc… And kindly give the evidence.
