ANSWER:

The prohibition is to buying it while it is on the tree and one doesn’t know whether it will be ripe or defected. 

If harvested and sold, this is permissible if one wants it that way. 

QUESTION: According to sahih Al-Bukhari hadith, it is not permissible to sell unripened fruits. So, is it permissible for me to buy unripened fruits from the seller? In our country, both ripened and unripened jackfruits, mangoes, are eaten. Grapes are usually sold unripened.
