QUESTION: A son has been very disobedient towards his father and has aided in seperating his parents by taking side of his mother. They don’t want to initiate khula since the wife doesn’t want to lose share in the property. Father is still open to welcome both of them back but if he passes away in such a state he wishes that his son alone be deprived of any share in his property. Is this permissible ?
