ANSWER:

If your husband is a righteous and good man, then you must have no doubts about him, then you must not listen to your mother’s bad comments about your husband, and you must let her understand that he is your husband and you must obey him but not her.

Be respectful with your mother, at the same time do not let her affect your life with your husband.

My problem is I got married in 2018, my mum was happy with the marriage then after I got married she started to dislike my Husband and she keeps brainwashing he’s a badman but alhamdulillah he is great looks afters me. I went to Pakistan last year second time around I’m going in June mum has forbidden me. And she will disown me if I do please help.

It is sunnah as well as charity to put a morsel of food in one’s wife’s mouth. Elders in our family say this can only be done alone and not when you are having meals together as extended family or joint family. Kindly advise.
