The clothes are permissible to use and it is not advisable to go back to sin after his Hajj but it woudn’t affect his Hajj.

My husband works in a bank, he is searching a halal income so till then we have decided to sell gold which was bought from halal source and spend that money for Hajj, so our clothes which we wear is also bought from banks money
