Selling dress material is permissible unless I am 100% sure that it is going to be used in haram.

For a woman to be a fashion designer, this is permissible if she is going to design for women wearing these clothes in front of women. But if she is sure that these clothes will be worn by kafir women or women who would wear it in front of non Mahram men, it is not permissible for her to work in such a profession.

Is it haraam to start a textile business? is there any harm if we involve in the sale of dress materials? in that case what is the ruling for a woman who desires to be a fasion designer?
