It is not an evedince of hijab but it is part of the conditions. We should not describe specific individulas of being punished through this hadeeth. However, we say that those who fit this hadeeth will be punished by this punishment.

I wanted to know the relationship between the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) of the “dressed yet naked women,” and the supporting evidence for the obligation of hijab. Can this hadith be used as additional evidence to showthe obligation of hijab? Are we allowed to say that ALL women who do not wear hijab are committing tabarruj and may not smell the scent of paradise?
