I don’t understand this.

If this is a sort of a gathering where they celebrate and give gifts to the pregnant woman, this is not a custom that is known to the Muslims and hence it appears to be taken from non Muslims.

Muslims only celebrate the 7th day which we slaughter Aqeeqah in it.

I want to confirm if Baby Shower is permissiable in Islam, If yes, how is it done accordingly.
