Botox to remove wrinkles is permissible providing it does not harm an individual as it is toxic.

Lip injections are changing the creation of Allah and this is not permissible.

Dyeing the hair is permissible as long as you avoid black.

I just wanted to know if it was allowed to get any cosmetic surgery done? E.g. Lip Injections to make your lips fuller. Or to get botox to take away wrinkles. Also, dying of the hair to change its natural colour? Is this allowed in Islam for a Woman whom which she has the Jilbab on?
