Such individuals are not scholars! The vast majority of contemporary scholars around the Muslim world and in Islamic fatwa forums has agreed that insurance is prohibited. Such individual who is not known by other scholars and who has zero weight can’t come and say such nonsense and oppose world renowned real scholars!
