Whatever goes in the mind of a person, Allah will not hold him or her accountable unless they do it or speak about it

I am trying my best to come closer to Allah. I pray tahajjud i read Quran with translation but some times wrong thoughts come into my mind about Quran. I cry to Allahto forgive me about these types of thought. What to do please help me out I cannot bear these thoughts. May Allah forgive me

if a person has chronic severe OCD since childhood, is he accountable for things like extreme anger, over loading little things, waswaas etc? He can try to change but the chemical imbalance and OCD implications are so over whelming!

i suffer from extreme ocd, i’ve got a halal job and ‘only’ sometimes i was not working as hard as i should have and was time wasting by going to the toilets, the money i was paid i bought clothes, was the money halal? will my prayer get accepted if i pray in these clothes, is repentance to ALLAH SWT sufficient? i have not got money to buy new clothes! these thoughts are making me weak and fed up!!
