ANSWER: No problem if she’s wearing socks or her feet are concealed by the abaya.

Sheikh there’s a trend in kufr countries where Muslim sisters will go to the streets and set up a table where the non Muslim women can try out the headscarf to see how they would look if they were Muslim, woult this be an innovation of how to give dawah?

ANSWER: This is not from the Sunnah and it is inappropriate for a Muslim woman in hijab to sit or stand on the streets like this.

Sheikh can a girl child who is 9 years old wear kurtas which were worn by her brother’s.. these are white kurtas which were worn when her brother’s were at young age .

Can we use synthetic wig if we got bald due to health problems? Actually I do not want to tell my relatives about my sickness therefore will need to wear wig in that situation, is that okay or its still haraam?

ANSWER: This is not permissible. Only if you are totally bald and you are a woman, only then you are allowed to use a wig.

I heard one hadith, Asma ra unveiled infront of prophet muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam no hijab atleast face and hands and it continues till the farewell pilgrimage. Is it true or not?

ANSWER: The hadith is not authentic.

When people converted to Islam in whatever year they lost their culture n tradition. So now in many countries n cultures women wear the jilbab wer they can continue wearing their culture like Afghanistan d green dress is made into jilbab or Kashmir d traditional white n red is made into jilbab. But all dis cultures n clothes are beautfied alot with patterns, shining small things etc.

ANSWER: This is not permissible as it defies the very purpose of hijab.

Have a LOT of old clothes 2 give away Alhumdulillah. They r taking up too much space n cluttering d house. Bt cannot giv them away bcoz of wot u said: 1. Pictures on them (I tried painting, it’s exhausting n didn’t work) 2. Female clothes hv hijab issues lik short sleeves etc. Can female clothes b given away by asking d person to not wear it infront of non-mehram? If not,wot 2 do?

ANSWER: Do not give away the ones with photos. As for the females dresses, you can give it away and assume that the poor accepting it would wear it in front of their husbands.

I wear a hijab but I also wear glasses, with my glasses there is a small opening between my head and the hijab from my glasses and sometimes a little hair can be visible if you look in. I wear a cap under my hijab but it still ends up showing. Is this negligible?

ANSWER: No, this is not negligible. It’s not permissible to reveal your forehead or any part of your hair. Cover the scarf until your eyebrows.

ANSWER: She is obliged to cover her whole body including her hair from non mahram men as ordered in the Quran and in the authentic hadeeths.
