ANSWER: This is not permissible if their awrah is exposed as tights would reveal the shape of the thighs as if they are not wearing anything! It is like women wearing leggings.

Isnt there a very minute amount of scholars saying beard is not complsry?

ANSWER: This is not required at all. Allah has asked men to leave the beard and not touch it, He did not ask to grow it thick or long! Whatever comes naturally is sufficient.

I read a Hadith about the prophets thobe being no longer than mid-calf. If one is in a Muslim country will the be rewarded if he wears the thobe mid-calf like the sunnah or not because it isn’t the norm for people here to have it that high.

ANSWER: Such a sunnah at our times would draw unwanted attention to the individual and would probably backfire in many ways. It would be wise not to do it as it would be a dress of fame.
