QUESTION: Do women have to struggle to kiss the black stone and tobreach Al- multazim? As there is lot of crowd out there and men and women get mixed there. What’s the rulling? Should a woman have to struggle or just never go near to the hajar aswad because of the crowd.

ANSWER: It is not mandatory and your Tawaf is valid even if you didn’t do that. If there is no crowd, it is sunnah to kiss it. If you are not able, simply point at it. Women must not squeeze themselves among men to do such a thing.

QUESTION: Accepted Haj purifies person as if he is newly born child. A deceased is benefitted by only three things -Sadaqah Jariyah, Beneficial Knowledge, Righteous son who prays for them. Does Hajje Badal done on behalf of deceased who has already done Haj when alive, get the same reward

ANSWER: You can do umrah on her behalf since you have already done yours (doing umrah or hajj at least once in your lifetime is sufficient to do it on other’s behalf at any time later on)

ANSWER: No problem in this within the city without a mahram if its safe. It’s not permissible to travel outside the city limits because Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade this and said its not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the day of judgement to travel without her male mahram.
