ANSWER:

Some scholars have said that this is kufr and she had committed an act of apostasy for praying without wudhu as if she is mocking Allah when she knows He doesn’t accept that prayer!

She must sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and she can’t repeat the prayer as she missed it intentionally without a valid reason. 

Can you please confirm as somebody was attending some party she was in her makeup and her wudhu broke and she knew it but she offerred salah regardless. As her Salah is invalid so can you please tell what should she do, either repentance or qaza or both.
