It is not permissible to help people with riba based loans as this would encourage them to pay off these debts and apply for more, knowing that people like you will keep on helping them.

QUESTION: Can i give “charity” to a brother who is in debt with multiple riba loan from bank and who is poor. Also how about Zakaath. May i give zakaath aswell to him?
