If he only transferred due to legal issues & all his heirs know about this then you do not own that property or assets and after his death all his heirs (including you) would get their Shariah shares.

QUESTION: My husband became bankrupt. He wants to safe his assets so he is transferring everything on my name. Regarding will, I want to make Sharia will, does it unfair with my husband? Or if I make civil will if I pass away would it change to Sharia? What if someone transferred or give everything in his life, would be still distribute his assets as a Sharia law after death?
