ANSWER:

He should continue to observe the sunnah regardless. 

He can however, make the iqamah for prayer 5 or 10 minutes earlier so that he would finish on time.

QUESTION: One imam from our mosque leads with Sajdah and Insaan every friday fajr. A number of uncles have not been happy with this, for them it takes a lot of time and they find it difficult, and also they need to get to work shortly (late fajr in winter). What should the imam do?
