ANSWER:

Reciting surah kafiroon before sleeping is an authentic sunnah. One would be protected from shirk for reciting it once before sleeping.

QUESTION: I read that Surah Al-Kafirun is recommended before sleep, but I did not find it mentioned in the Fortress of the Muslim app. Should we still recite it before sleeping?
