If there is any cheating or lying where you benefit from a service that the service provider would only grant if you were from a country other than yours, you would be lying and cheating and using VPN for that is prohibited. 

QUESTION: Sheikh, i saw the videos in the link that you sent me and im still unsure of the answer. For example if i was from malaysia and i use a vpn for general security reasons but the vpn makes it look like i am from a different country for example brunei if i choose the brunei server. Is this lying?
