QUESTION: Can i feed the outside cats and birds? my dad and sister say that i shouldn’t because they will become dependent on me for food. But I say that Allah (SWT) is the giver or risk, and if one day i can’t give them food because I run out or if I change countries, Allah (SWT) will provide for them. who is correct shaikh?
