ANSWER:

Such a statement is wrong and you can’t make such a comparison. 

Whenever the deed is more required, that deed is more beloved to Allah at that particular time but not generally speaking! 

QUESTION: Is it true that being dutiful to the parents is more beloved to Allah than reading Qur’an? For example if I’m reading Qur’an and my mom asks to do dishes, dishes are more rewarding than continuing Qur’an?
