These are two separate things!

Porn and masturbation are sinful and a sign of weakness of Iman as the person committing such filth doesn’t fully believe that Allah is all seeing and hearing. Otherwise, he would have never done such filthy things while acknowledging that Allah is watching him and listening to what he is listening to!
