Semen is pure so the salah is valid but who would wear a soiled shirt like this!?!

QUESTION: I had little dried traces of semen on my shirt after nctrnal emission, and I tried to rub it off aftr ghusul, my hand was slightly damp. but still the traces were left, and aftr tht I wore my shirt on wet body, so shirt got wet too. If I pray in tht shirt so would the Salah be valid?

QUESTION: Before urinating i see there is a little drop(probably maidhy) inside the private part,even by squeezing it doesnt come out. After urination it will come out with urine. Do i have also have to wash full private part(with testicles) or pouring water is sufficient.
