ANSWER:

If he’s not willing to go to his son & if he’s old and can’t take care of himself then you brothers should contribute and appoint a 24/7 servant to look after him.

You should not jeopardize the wellbeing of your own family and risking being jobless if you return as he is the one refusing to stay in Malaysia with his son. 

QUESTION: We 3 sons are married, working in 3 countries. My elderly widowed father refuses to move permanently to Malaysia with my brother, insists he’ll stay only 2 months, complains no son takes care of him. In other 2 countries no option to bring him. My brothers are unsure about returning. I haven’t yet found job in home country. Should I quit to care for him? I fear his health & Allah’s anger. Advice
