ANSWER:

No one says to admit your guilt to something you did not do!

You don’t have to say you are wrong if you are not wrong but it is immoral and undutiful to argue with them and insist to win such an argument and make them appear wrong and defeated. 

Where is the respect in that?

QUESTION: Where does it say in the Qur’an and authentic ahadeeth that we cannot defend ourselves or clarify things against our parents, if/when THEY are wrong? You said to admit and say “I am wrong”, even when we are right. Wouldn’t that be lying as well? I understand not disrespecting part but where do you or the scholars get not defending ourselves and just be silent part? Where is the daleel?
