This doesn’t apply to you as Allah does not hold anyone accountable for things beyond their capacity. 

QUESTION: I’ve Asperger’s and ADHD which makes me have very serious issues focusing,in Salah in dua, almost everything, I know a Hadith that says Allah does not respond to a dua from a heedless heart meaning someone who’s unfocused, does this apply to me or no because of my mental illnesses?
