ANSWER:

This is not permissible, its only permissible if you have already made your umrah and you want to perform another umrah!

You must go back to your miqat and assume ihram from there to make your first umrah of the trip.

QUESTION: As a non inhabitant of Makkah, when I want to perform Umra can I stay for a night in Makkah when I just arrived in the city then on the next day I take miqat of Ahlul Makkah to do ihram? Or is it obligatory upon me to make niyya since my departure from my home country and perform ihram from the assigned miqat of my country and immediately perform Umra as I arrive in Makkah?
