If she died and didn’t perform hajj, it is mandatory to take from her wealth and perform hajj before distributing the inheritance as this is a debt to Allah

QUESTION: Mother who passed away in old age had 10 lakhs indian rupees in savings and has never performed hajj. Are her children obliged to use the money to perform hajj on her behalf (if it takes 5lakhs to perform for indians)? What if the money is already shared and spent before knowing the ruling?
