ANSWER:

It is highly recommended to say it before every surah. You don’t say it before ayatul kursi. 

While making adkhar after salah, when we recite ayat al kursi and other surahs (falaq, nas) should we say BismiAllah before ayat al kursi and between each surah or one time saying BismiAllah is enough? Please advise
