ANSWER:

The sunnah is to wash it 3 times. However, if you washed it only once with the water reaching the scalp for sure, this is sufficient. 

Sheikh when washing the head in ghusl making it reach the scalp is it mandatory to wash it 3 times, I was not sure myself If I washed 2 or 3 times and Im getting these wishpers.

If one is in major impurity, he should do Ghusl to uplift it. He then wears socks. Can he wipe over the socks? Or does he need to do ‘actual’ wudoo?
