ANSWER:

It is an issue of dispute. The majority of scholars say that it is permissible to pray it home if missed while Ibn Taimiyah and the Hanafi school of thought say that it must not be prayed alone if missed with the congregation and this is the choice of Ibn Othaimeen. 

Sheikh can the eid prayer be prayed at home because of the pandemic (Covid 19)lockdown?
