ANSWER:

You should pray istikhara when you have already made up your mind over what you are going to do and NOT when you are confused and not determined! 

QUESTION: When i’m confused in making decisions should i pray istikharah? (Like sometimes i’m sure to do that, sometimes i’m not sure)
